We collect detailed information from all of our prospective residents, perform a full credit, criminal, and eviction history screening through Transunion including MySmartMove Score and we verify identity, income, and rental or ownership history directly.
Rent payments are collected electronically through our Resident Portal. Residents are encouraged to enroll in auto pay to ensure timely rent payments!
We perform a detailed inspection and market analysis for each property at onboarding and once each year. There are many variables in play when determining rental rates and increases including: Location, Property Condition, Size and Type, Amenities and Features, Market History and Competition.
Rent is due on the first of each month. Reminder notifications are sent via text, email, and the Resident portal 5 days before and on the due date. There is a 5 day grace period before late fees are applied. Daily reminders are sent as soon as rent is overdue. On the
